Today dad taught us how to mow the yard...lets just say there's a reason why I haven't learned how to do it in 21 years. There was an awful lot of laughter as we attempted to start it and it kind of ran away. Both mom and I had a lesson and then dad left with a caution that its ok if we "miss a few spots". Who knows what it will look like when he comes home ;) all kinds of pretty "designs." Just kidding! Have not fear dad...even if I'm a bit fearful.
Aside from all the laughter, today is a great day because it's the women's world cup! After the epic win against Brazil last Sunday, I sure hope these ladies keep believing and pull out a win! U-S-A!!
And even more of a reason that it's a great day is that its my sister-in-law's bday!!! We love you and hope you have fun camping!!!
