Monday night, 8:30, daddy's so sweet brings me popcorn. So I've got three president traces left for my history class. Ok, so I think I've probably been doing this a tad bit too long, but um the pictures of these guys, their last words, and uh, some interesting tidbits about them are pretty interesting. Makes you wonder what they were like, they look like nice guys, or out of a British children's book, or kinda stern and scary. Just some thoughts. I always seem to blog about history so here's for something that's a bid different: had some girlfriends over and watched A Cinderella Story, just thought about cinder ella, cinders that's kind of weird I bet there's an explanation for that. Anyway that was tuns of fun took funny pictures, had pizza and cake. Nothin' like hangin' out with friends. Well that's all for now.

Related to the Corrupt Bargain, it happened in "a smoked filled backroom with glasses of whiskey too and probably liberally filled."

For I know the plans I have for you delcares the Lord plans to prosper you and not to harm you plans to give you hope and a future. Have a wonderful Labor Day!
The Crocodile Hunter passed away. I'm speechless. All I can say is I'm glad God listens even when we don't know what to say and the Holy Spirit intercedes for us. God gives hope.

Ok, so it's been like forever since I've posted...I guess I go through phases of blogging and not. Anyway, school has started, about three weeks into it and I'm still figuring things out. Got all my summer reading done before school though, that's a plus. Yeah, not too much new. Sadly my bro is leaving on Wednesday for Oregon, 'till about Christmas. He's excited though which is good. Other than that, not much new it's still pretty warm here, we've had rain last week. Well until next time!! And to my bro I hope you have a great year, we'll miss you!!

Scalding water. It's hot. I went to water the flowers and as usual for a Carolina summer, when I turned on the water to our black hose that was sitting in the sun I had to wait a minute or too and let it get cold so I could water the flowers with cool water. It's amazing!! Anyway so I started The Immortal today by Angela Elwell Hunt. Just through the first chapter but so far so good. Will let ya know how it goes! The days of summer draw to an end.

Tuesday, August 01, 2006

So I recommend A Tale of Two Cities and The Killer Angels. Those were two of my summer reading books. The two cities one is a mystery/romance and the Angels one is about the Battle of Gettysburg, really gets into the thoughts of the soldiers. Still doing a bit of summer reading I better finish up since school starts next week!

Well, there's a week left of summer, school starts Aug. 8...got to go to the beach again today! So much fun! Water was once again awesome, and it was extra hot today I think, lol. Anyway, have a great week!

Saturday, July 22, 2006

The beach...what more can I see, ok I can say more but still it pretty much says it all in itself. We went to Isle of Palms yesterday and it was tons of fun. I got splotchy burns, the water was a great temp. and even though I did summer reading stuff and it was windy I'm glad I got to do it there. On the way back we got milk shakes and had pizza and mystery shows at home. Now there's a good lazy summer day!

Fun with VBS and ok summer reading. I'm still not sure what I'll write about in my summary but I have an idea, it's not going to be a breeze but I'll get 'r done. Anyway that's about it!

Congrats to Italy!! Quite a game it was! Dad and I measured the house, quite an interesting task. By the way, it's spider and their webs season. We got to witness a very green, active lizard have dinner, not just any dinner, but the moth specialty I believe. He fell out of a treen then climbed back up. I would have a pic of it on here but by the time I had my camera with batteries that worked, he was gone. Pretty gross, I know, but hey lizards have to eat to live I guess. Intead of the lizard pic, here's a pic of a gorgeous rose. No words can give God credit enough for all He does, will do, and has done! I'm so glad He's in charge!

World Cup match is going on right now so I best be headed downstairs to see how it's going. Sadly America may not get too excited. This is it for another 4 years sadly. Oh well, it was fun while it lasted. Have an awesome day!

I'll let ya know how it goes!

Friday, July 07, 2006

Ok, it's been a long while. Nothin' too new, saw Pirates of the Carribean Dead Man's Chest late, late last night with my brother and friends. I have to say, was one of the best sequels I've seen! Anyway have a great week!

Sunday, October 16, 2005

Let's see, Saturday I sanded doors and became a tower. Alright, I wasn't a tower for long, I hopped around in some boxes for a movie my brother had to make. His movie turned out great! Not because of me though. Anyway we're sanding doors so that we can repaint them. They look really pretty when they're done but they take a lot of work, sounds like an analogy. Hope everyone has a restful day and a superb week! Well that's all for now!

Yesterday I wrote on my floor. Ok, let me explain, see we're going to lay down a new floor so it was just the plywood or base floor I don't know what it's called. Anyway I wrote some Bible verses that are special to me with a permanent marker on it. I got the idea from a book by Robin Jones Gunn, by the way, I totally recommend her Glenbrooke series. Well, that's how I got the idea. It was a lot of fun and maybe so many years later someone will be ripping up the floor and find what I wrote, that would be cool. I love it when you find old stuff like that in houses that you never knew was there before.

Waking up to fresh brisk cool air and pancakes now that's a morning. I don't like the cool air all that much but that's ok. Pancakes are awesome. Plus theirs no school so it's like the weekend which is exciting. I watched the Phantom of the Opera last night. It's a neat movie. It's got a lot of things that make you think. Like the song "Masquerade"-"paper faces on parade, hide your face so the world will never find you." It's so sad because a lot of times we see people but we don't know what they're really like or what they're really going through, you never know what a person is dealing with out side of school or work. Makes you think. And then when the Phantom let Christine and Raoul, go because he truly loved her and knew he couldn't have her. (sry, if you've never seen the movie) Just some stuff to think about. Well, I have to vacuum the house.
Bye! Oh mi perro, se llama Isabear. How do ya like the Spanish?
Bye!

So, I really want to color today. See every now and then I want to color and listen to the radio, music, a movie, Oddysey or The Last Chance Detectives. No school today which is so incredibly nice and tomorrow too! Anyone like Atlanta Bread Company, they have good sandwiches. I had half of one for lunch. Oh last night I went to a party with a lot of awesome girls. DDR, sardines, hide and seek, milk shakes, and movies, fun times! Alright well, that's all for now.
